Returns
We accept returns if you change your mind within 14 days. However for a refund on the item, we request that the item is received by us in the same condition that it left our shop. If the packaging is damaged we will not refund or exchange.

Damages
If your item is received damaged (the item, not the packaging) we will replace it for you free of charge once the original item is returned to us. If you are in any way unhappy with our terms of business we respectfully and regrettably ask you to buy elsewhere.
